PKBR Staff Writer Published 08 September 2017

Texwrap is exhibiting at Pack Expo the new high-speed Auto-Mailer 2410 which reduces the labor and material involved with e-commerce packaging and reduces shipping costs for bagged products.

Pack Expo Las Vegas will be a three-day packaging trade fair scheduled to be held from 25-27 September at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The Auto-Mailer 2410 machine reduces the manual labor, shipping and other materials costs when bagging apparel, accessories, household goods etc.

The e-commerce fulfillment system has a feature to calculate height and can fabricate custom bags ranging from as small as 2 inches wide by 4 inches long to as large as 24 inches wide by 10 inches of any length.

It optimizes the use of polyethylene film and reduces weight (DIM) charges by shifting from boxes to bags.

The Auto-Mailer 2410 has a capability of producing 20 packages per minute throughput and can be operated 24/7.

The Tekkra 5130, is the latest machine belongs to 5100 series of continuous motion bundlers. It consists of optional bottom air flow for tighter bundles and can seal bar parts.

Another machine, the Texwrap 2011 is a continuous motion horizontal side seal shrink wrapper. With its auto spacing control, horizontal and vertical photo eyes, the machine can intake randomly fed or choke-spaced product and separate them by using less film.

The Texwrap 2215 Spartan is constructed with heavy steel-frame and has a powder-coat finishing on it. The 2215 Spartan operates at 80 feet per minute belt speed and 115-volt AC power.
